Q: Non-climate controlled vs climate controlled?
A:Storing in non-climate controlled is like storing in an outside shed or garage. If you have items that could be damaged by humidity or other environmental conditions, then you will want to store in climate controlled unit. We keep the temperature at a controlled level at all times.
Q: Administration fees?
A:There is only a one time administration fee for doing paperwork.
Q: Monthly statements?
A:We do not send out monthly statements to customers, but we do put a reminder in to call each month to let you know when you’re do.
Q: Not sure what size you need?
A:By telling us what you have to store, we can lead you to the correct size you need.
Q: Locks for units?
A:We provide a lock and keys for your unit at no extra cost to you, which when you move out will be returned to us, unless you wish to buy the lock. We have no master key.
